SIMON CARROLL-JONES will be performing in theatre company Moving Dust's production of This Much (or an Act of Violence Towards the Institution of Marriage) at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The play was written by John Fitzpatrick as part of the Royal Court Writer's Programme and is a performance about how we define relationships; through objects, clothes, traditions and other people. It previews at the Ovalhouse in London on 31 July and 1 August before playing in Edinburgh on 7-31 August, at 19:45 daily at ZOO.
MELISSA ALLAN has started working on the National Theatre Of Scotland's production of Our Ladies Of Perpetual Succour, an adaptation of Alan Warner's novel The Sopranos. Adapted by Lee Hall and directed by Vicky Featherstone, the show opens at the Edinburgh Festival on 18 August, tours Scotland and then plays at the Live Theatre, Newcastle in October.
