JESSICA BAGLOW will be shortly starting work on 5 episodes of Gentleman Jack playing Rachel Hemingway. The series, based on the life of Anne Lister, is set at Shibden Hall near Halifax and has been written by Sally Wainwright.
JESSICA BAGLOW has been cast in Jane Eyre and Hamlet at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton. Jane Eyre, in which Jessica will play the titular role, will run from 18 January to 10 February and Hamlet, in which she will play Ophelia, will run from 15 February to 10 March.
JESSICA BAGLOW will be appearing in First Words - A Season of New Writing at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton from 23 June to 8 July, in which she will perform Blue written by Charlotte Josephine. Jessica is again working with the Octagon's Artistic Director Elizabeth Newman as well as director Ben Occhipinti.
JESSICA BAGLOW is in rehearsals for Educating Rita at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton. The show is directed by the Octagon's Artistic Director Elizabeth Newman and will run from 19 January to 11 February before a run at Derby Theatre.
JESSICA BAGLOW is now working on Apostasy, a feature film backed by the BBC and the BFI which is shooting near Manchester. The movie is set in a Jehovah's Witness community and is being directed by Dan Kokotajlo.
The wonderful JESSICA BAGLOW has been nominated for the Ian Charleson Awards for her performance as Marina in Pericles at Shakespeare's Globe. The Awards are run by the National Theatre and the Sunday Times and reward the best classical stage performances in Britain by actors under the age of 30. The winner will be announced at an event at the National Theatre on 24 June.
JESSICA BAGLOW is now in rehearsals for Pericles at Shakespeare's Globe which will play from 25 November until 22 April. Dominic Dromgoole will be directing her in the role of Marina. She will also be appearing in The Winter's Tale at Shakespeare's Globe from 4 February until 22 April, directed by Michael Longhurst.
JESSICA BAGLOW is now back at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton rehearsing for the role of Violet in The Family Way. The play runs from 4 September to 3 October and is directed by the theatre's new artistic director Elizabeth Newman.
JESSICA BAGLOW is in rehearsals for Noises Off at the Octagon Theatre, Bolton, which runs from 4 June until 4 July. While rehearsing she will also be performing in Private Lives at the New Vic Theatre from 6 to 23 May following its run at the Octagon.
